Delivery
There are 2 types of UK delivery, depending on your requirements:
Standard – your parcel will be packaged within 1 working day and sent using Evri Standard. This service usually takes an average of 2-5 working days after despatch (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Express – your parcel will be packaged within 1 working day and sent by Evri Express. This service usually takes an average of 1-3 working days after despatch (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
Order & Address Details
Please check all address information carefully when placing your order. If anything is incorrect, contact us before dispatch. Once shipped, we can’t amend details or take responsibility for address errors entered at checkout.
Deliveries
If your courier gives a delivery window, it’s your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If not, please reschedule or arrange a safe alternative. We’re not liable for missing items resulting from unattended deliveries.
Deliveries to apartment blocks or shared post boxes are made at your own risk, we can’t be held responsible for any losses in these locations.
Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived, we can open an investigation after 10 working days. Claims must be made within 2 calendar months of ordering. After that, we’re unable to process refunds or replacements.
Returns
Returns Process
Should you need to return an item, please email girlofmind@outlook.com within 2 days of receiving your order to arrange the return. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or faulty, in which case we will cover the return postage and aim to resolve the issue promptly. If we cover your return costs, please retain your receipt as proof of postage.
Please note: If the refund exceeds the original payment amount, we will refund the difference via PayPal, as our system cannot process refunds above the original payment total. All returns must be received by us within 14 days of the order date.
Return Eligibility
Only unused items are eligible for return. We cannot accept returns on downloaded digital content. Items that have been altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Exchanges are possible only if a suitable replacement is available; otherwise, a refund will be issued.
